It's not your brain - in fact the brain has no sensitivity at all - they do not anesthetize the brain when doing brain surgery. Headaches are from other areas of your head, usually caused by pressure.

Medical Science still doesn't know exactly why people get headaches, or exactly what a headache is biologically.
The best hypothesis to date is. A headache is a constricting of the blood vessels that surround the head. This causes the nerves to become irritated. These nerves are highly sensitive, and this causes the sensation that we commonly refer to as a Headache.

your brain is unable to feel pain in itself. What is giving off the pain signals is nerves in the bone, muscle outside and in the sinuses. I hope that if your headach is still on, that you will go to the doctor so tht you can find out what the cause is.

No, as your brain doesn't have any pain-sensing nerves. The pain comes from constricting blood vessels in your head (tend to be associated with migraines) or from sinus pressure when the sinuses fill up with fluid.

Good question. Supposedly the brain itself does not experience pain. I'm going to do some research on this.
