I like snowboarding because i go up to russia. So which u like? Snowboard or Ski?

Hey I'm young, and I love to ski. I think the main reason snowboarding is so popular among teenagers is that skiing is considered a sport for older people. I think it absolutely stinks! I love to ski and I ski race. For me, there is nothing better than flying down the slopes. The jumps in the terrain parks are no comparison. And for people that argue that you can't do any good tricks on skis, you'd take it back if you hung out with my race team. After ski practice, some of the guys take to the terrain park, where they work on their 720 degree spins, and their backflips. Skiing is an awesome sport that is very versital, and I think that if so many of the people that snowboard because it's the cool thing to do would get over their insecurity and try skiing. Don't get me wrong, I know a good many snowboarders that have tried both and I respect the ones that know what they are doing. I just don't like how people snowboard because it is the "in" thing to do.

SKIING! I tried snowboarding once, and it was not a fun experience. I'm not saying I hated it, but I didn't love it. I'm probably going to try it again this winter.
Where do you like to snowboard (besides Russia)? I ski at Welch Village, MN.

I know that snowboarding is extremely popular among younger people in particular. However, I would chose skiing which is more of a life long activity and offers more variety from lonely, nature absorbing cross country to intense down hill.

SNOWBOARDING, it takes way more skill to snowboard than ski, so for all those skiers out there who think there all that, come up to montana and i show u up, cuz face it, snowboarders are just better
