I want to download music and video to my mp4 player, but I don't know how to do it

connect your mp4 player to pc via usb , let it recognize it... goto your file you keep all your music/videos* in and "select all"....then move or copy..to the mp4 drive.... they will be transfered to your player... (*download videos from Limewire.. and Rip music from your Cd's... using Windows media player) make sure anything you download, you virus scan it first.. good luck
