I've just watched Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest, but... did Captain Jack Sparrow really eaten by Kraken?!?!?!?!

Yes, he did get eaten by the Kraken. However, we all know that he is not dead since there is a 3rd movie coming out. In the 3rd movie, we get to meet Jack's father who is played by Keith Richards, the person Johnnie based the movements and mannerisms of for the character of Jack Sparrow. I can't wait to see them acting in the same scene together!

Let's review,
The title is Pirates of the Caribbean, they can't do without the main pirate of the caribbean.
At the end they talk about doing everything they can to find him.
And you didn't actually see him die.
Looking at the IMDb site it says he is in the next one and in order to do that, he kinda needs to be alive.
No worries, I am sure Disney knows what they are doing.

YES. Very sad indeed. But as we all know Jack will be back in the third Pirates film next Summer. So, do not cry too much. They will save him. What are friends for, right?
