Me...Mississippi and Alabama. LOVE IT! Great food, weather, people, and beautiful scenery. Jackson, Oxford (MS), Mobile, Birmingham, and Tuscaloosa are all cool towns. Plus, it's close to Texas and Atlanta, which also have a lot to offer.
Moving to Kentucky very soon. I won't say I hate the place, but I'm not looking forward to the move. In my experience, I love the natural beauty, but the people...let's really not go there. (Eastern KY from London/Corbin up to Prestonsburg/Paintsville is awful--like stuck up hillbillies; so is Louisville--stuck up, pretentious yankees.) Used to live in Ohio, that place is not much better or friendlier, but at least Cincinnati is a really cool city!
I prefer Mississippi over Alabama, but like I said, I love them both and would not mind living in either of them at all. I would love, however, to live in Texas!

And one day in the future I plan on moving to Poland and i want to go to college there. Im living in New Jersey, its not that bad but,VERY VERY VERY expensive.

I have lived in more than 20 places. 12 schools from K to 12 as an Army brat. Each place was quite interesting. I have never lived in a place from which I wanted to escape or move some place else. It just happened that there were fascinating opportunities and adventures to explore and I moved again. I have recently settled back in Ohio and I like it as well as Germany, Alaska, Virginia or Georgia. People really make a location pleasant and there are truly wonderful people in the United States. We have had half dozen foreign exchange students and the experience of showing them Detroit and Chicago was deeply satisfying.

i'm from Kentucky. I have lived right here all yet 2 years of my life (I lived in Dallas, Texas.) i love Kentucky in my opinion. There should be some very scary rednecks right here, yet not almost like its portrayed on television and what not. The land right here's captivating and is finished of historic places, people and issues. opposite to regularly happening perception, there is also a large style of impressive activities interior the KY. even if the better area of starting to be up in Kentucky is that put in love of faculty of Kentucky WildCat basketball! that is such as you need to be moved out of the state to not have a organic committed love of uk Basketball. We Bleed Blue! And yet another i love about this state that it i the Buckle of the Bible Belt. that is always large to strengthen up in a community that has a large style of people who percentage you're beliefs. the position else may i favor to stay? everywhere alongside the sea coast in Florida. i love it there, and that i visit the state two times a three hundred and sixty 5 days. i imagine i'd also love residing in NYC in basic terms because its an extremely thrilling position to be.

AZ, best place to live...never hot, well it doesnt feel like it (dry heat) fun things to do everywhere, if you like nature and formations, or exotic animals go to the desert 1 weekend, if you want shops and crafty stuff go to the city, you can find anything there ranging from native american artifacts to new day appliances, if the stars are for you go anywhere out of the city and breathe a breath of fresh air and look at the cloudless sky on an endless warm night, or go the famous observatory and see them close up...AZ all the way

I've lived in Tennessee for 36 years, and would hate to leave. I live in Middle Tennessee, the Cumberland Plateau to be exact, and we are within a day's drive of many attractions in the East and Southeast. I love the hills, I love the seasons, can't say I love the music...not much into country music, but it's fun to hit the museums with friends who know nothing about it and get their reactions. Tennessee is full of friendly, happy faces, slow southern twangs, and that comfortable feeling you get when you have found a special friend.

I live in California and i absolutely love it. It is the best state in the Union even if there's a lot of traffic. The weather is great and we have everything we need: cities, deserts, beaches, valleys, mountains, and great agriculture as well as a great diversity which I love. I could not imagine living any where else.

I've heard Kentucky is pretty. I hope you like it. I live in California. As a place, it is beautiful. It has every type of climate, terrain, sport, places to eat, and all that. It used to have nicer people. But now everyone is foreign and they don't talk to us white people much. Everyone has to work constantly because it is so expensive to live here. People are moving out in droves. The taxes are outrageous. So much good and bad in one place.
Good luck with your move.

born in L.A., california. grew up in washington d.c., sacramento, scottsdale, arizona, boston, just to name a few. now live in a very small town in southern ohio. would love to live in scottsdale arizona - so beautiful there!!! love the culture of the bigger cities, but love the comfort and security that small towns offer. wish i could offer my children a little bit more culture, but i do love the friendly, cozy, comfort of my small town. a bit of advise, the "pretentious, stuck up hillbillies" will presume that you think this of them and it is best if you don't take on this attitude. i have found that my neighbors in my small town to have wonderful hearts, but if you go into your new neighborhood with your attitude - you will never get to know the many special gifts that your new "hillbilly, yankee" neighbors may have to offer.
