im the only staff here. they talk nicely infront of me bout myself. but i really didnt expect him to tell my supervisor that i took Medical Leave once a mth. I just started work 2 mth ago.and he tot dat i have a disease. to take medical leave is my right, right guy? guide me along here.

Also, for your information, it is ILLEGAL (HIPPA laws) for them to discuss your medical situation. I'd contact an attorney if I were you.

go to McDonald's and get an egg McMufffin, Get up to get some ketchup that you forgot about. take a couple of bites and look over at the newspaper that the last guy left. Shuffle through them till you find the sports section, check the scores, finish the sangwhich, take a crap and go home.....All will be good in the neighborhood.

Quit the job and look for a new job. But as long as there are human relationship enviroment, there is always backstabber it could be your boss, your peers or even your staff. Just becareful in future
