If you love this man and he loves you, he deserves honesty. If you do tell him, be prepared for the consequences of your actions. If you don't tell him, can you really live with keeping the secret?

They say that somethings are left better unsaid.. I myself think honesty if the best and only way to go... You need to ask your self what the reason was that you felt the urge to cheat and would you do it again......... If it was a one time thing, you know you will never do it again I would be honest with him, if your unsure about whether or not you would cheat again than I would suggest telling him that your not ready to be in a committed relationship..You need to ask your self before you cheat on someone how would you feel if your partner did you what you did.

Yes you have to be honest,because you know what?? anything you do in the past is bound to come to light... and is better he finds out from you than from anyone else.... him leaving you is just a chance you have to take... cheating is always the wrong thing to do... maybe you were not happy at the moment or you guys were going trough a tough time?? you have to tell him why.. but one thing is for sure you have to tell him.. good luck...

I would not tell him. If you need to confess, tell a shrink, a confessional priest or a close trusted friend.
Is the affair over? If it is, drop it and never bring it up. If it is not, you need to decide which man you want. If you want to keep your boyfriend, end the affair. If you want the other man, end it with your boyfriend. You do not have to tell him why, just say it is not working out.
This was a mistake YOU made. Why should he have to suffer?

If you tell him, be ready for your relationship to be over. Do you think he will stay with you after that? Why did you cheat? Maybe you really don't wanna be with him anymore either. If you want your relationship to stay the way it is and you don't plan to cheat anymore, maybe you shouldn't tell him!

oooooo girl from my experience i honest wouldn't. it has just been too long, but that is just me. you know him the best and should do aht your heart tells you. but dont be upset if the realtionship ends. if he really is a good man and loves you truely then surely ya'll can work it out.
