Look for the printer model. It should be somewhere in the printer. Just go to Lexmark site. if you dont know the site just Google/Yahoo it and look for the printer driver in the site and follow the instruction in that site regarding how to install it.

Go to Control Panel>Printers, and double-click Add Printer. Go through the steps in the Add Printer Wizard. Let it search for a driver for the printer (if it is an older printer, and you have Windows XP, there should be one). If Windows doesn't have a suitable driver, go to www.lexmark.com and find the driver/software that goes to that printer.

Well you dont always need drivers... Just go to control panel, printers, then add a printer, the manually put in the model. If that dont work, download some drivers for it. It should work by just installing it.

windows has alot of drivers but not all, if it doesnt load a driver you need to go to the lexmark website and download the latest driver, if it is usb it should load right up no problems

You should check out lexmark's website and search their help and support for drivers for your specific model.

You need to manually install it. go to add new hardware in the control panel.. You may need to search the model number to get the drivers for it. Try just installing it first.. If that don't work then get the drivers for it and install those.

you were scammed. Throw a brick (printer) through their window with a note saying something about them, their mother, or dog.
