Katong Shopping Centre is located in the South-east part of Singapore.. Near East Coast Parkway and Marine Parade Road
As U did not mention which location to Katong Shopping Centre... So I can't gave more detail of public transport to Katong Shopping Centre... I can only gave U what public transport serve the area..

Katong Shopping centre that i know of in Asia is in Singapore.
It is located on East Coast Road; turn off at Marine Parade (ECP express way) and make a another left turn into east coast road.
You'll see a big sign on the right stating "Katong Shopping Centre" about 5 minutes drive down the road.

Located along East Coast Road, in the vicinity of Marine Parade. Easiest to go by cab.

take a taxi, tell the driver u wanna go katong shopping centre and he will bring u there.

Tigercub had got it right...
Circle line MRT is not ready yet... So the cheapest is public bus, the fastest was cab (taxi)

if u r from central like orchard road, jump onto bus 36.
then ask the driver where to get off. can't help u further than this. good luck!!

its in the east side. take a taxi/cab. they are safe and not too expensive.
