I think Egyptians have very wide range of mixed races. Romans from Italy, Pharaohs, Africans, Turkish, Arabs from the gulf area, English, etc. If you look at How Egyptians look like, you will not find any common features among them. However, somehow, all Egyptians are easily distinguishable, I don`t know how!

Egyptians like any country are mixed with a lot of different races and cultures. Besides just being from that land being Egyptians (like English people to England) it also consists of Middle Eastern people so Jewish, Islamic, Muslim. Also before and during the Atlantic Slave trade there was a trade of Africans from Western Africa to the Middle Eastern Area, with this there is also a blend of Western Africans in the area. Just to add more to this you also had the Scramble to Africa that introduced European settlers into the region. So A LOT OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE

Egypt is in Africa, and historically it's had strong influence from Aramaic people (Jewish and Arab), Turkish people, Persians (Iran), and Mediterranean people (Italy, Greece, and Sicily, in particular). Generally you'd probably consider them African. But look at them. They're clearly a people mixed by thousands of years of interaction with their neighbors. In fact, though people in the States often think of African-Americans as being solely influenced by sickle-cell anemia, most of the groups listed above (some of whom are "white") also struggle with the disease. Apparently, right down to the blood that flows through their veins, the Egyptians were as influential on their neighbors as their neighbors were on them. What is their ethnic background? I don't know. I guess they're simply a pre-American melting pot.
