Are they ignorant? Are they afraid?

I believe most racists harbor some sort of feeling about the race in question due to either ignorance and a bad experience with a member or members of that race.
Secondly, I do believe that most people harbor some racism within them, weither they like it or not, its just human nature.
A few can get over the bad habit but many can't. I myself fall victim to some racism, its not dangrous, but its there.
How do you overcome it? Why does it exist?
For me its not out of fear but experiences. Perhaps its ignorance, that I havent had enough experience with that race, but when races don't fully accept each other how do you overcome it.

They are inadequate, so they think they can make themselves feel better by putting someone else down. Depends on which country you' re in who the racism is directed at. When I lived in Canada I was surprised that the people from India got a lot of racist abuse. In Australia it's the English that get it. It's probably natural to be a little wary of a culture you don't understand, but it's fuelled by the media because it sells papers to those inadequates amongst us who like the idea of criticising some other group or person. Often there's an element of envy involved too.

both ignorant and afraid...ignorant because they are stupid enough to believe another race is less or "not as good" as them and that they are some type of perfect superpower..and afraid because they dont want anyone to challenge that so they try to keep them down...in short assholes lol..but thats how some people need to be to survive so nothing we can do to change their minds...but no harm in trying lol

Most are ignorant and some just go with the way they was raised...I dont think rasicism will ever go away

they only talk to people of a certain race. they dont act the same way as people of another race etc.

they hate the people for the wrong reasons. if you hate someone because of their color, then it is racist, if it is because of the way they act ,it is called the truth........................
