was Roger Waters (pink floyd) insanity ever real? i mean, i know for a fact he was on drugs and he was locked up but was it the drugs or his un-fathered childhood?

George Roger Waters was never declared insane (not publicly), or locked up. The late, great, Syd Barret did suffer a meltdown and had to be hospitalized. It was caused by too much LSD.
Rog has dwelled on his childhood, but he was not "un-fathered". His dad was killed in World War 2 in 1944 when Rog was 5 months old.

Well,that all depends on what you call "insanity".Personally,I find what most call insanity to be the one thing that keeps me going in life.Especially when life gets to heavy,to painful too scary,ect...,A little insanity can save you from all that sucks,and even bring a smile to a soul who has forgotten that...LIFE IS WILD!...RIDE IT! (...a question,If you could do it all again,good with the bad,just to have one more ride on this earth,would you?...H#*@* yes! all the way!)
