i just got an 8 week old puppy(mixed breed, can't really tell yet what it is) on sunday and i have no clue what to call her. this is my first dog(grew up with cats my whole life), so i'm not too familiar with dog names. it is a female, very sweet, shy, and loving.
i prefer names that end in a "y" or "ie"--example: lucy, rosie, etc.
i think that would fit, because we call her "puppy" right now. lol.

I don't suggest dog-face. I named my cat CAt-face and not only did people give me crazy looks when I told them her name, she hated it. She went nuts whenever I said it. I"ve always wanted to name a dog Falcor. if you like names that end in "y" or "ie"
how about Misty, Jackie (my doggy's name), Smarty or Shandy. HAve fun with your new puppy.

How about Roxy? Or Harley like Harley Davidson...... And you could get it a Harley puppy collar and even though it may be a princess puppy it will still have that ruff edge...... That would be cute......
