i'm thinking about buying one but i'm not sure if it's that good..?

Yes it great a lot of improvements over the last DS ,the DS lite has better looking screens lighter wi-fi (like the old one} more compact, get one youll have a blast.

if you're talking about the DS Lite, it's just like the DS only it's smaller and it weighs less. The DS is capable of playing all Game Boy games, as well as the new DS games. the dual-screen thing takes a little bit of time getting used to, but luckily most of the games only require you to look at one screen at a time.

well i just bought a regular ds on ebay and its even great and i herd that man...the new one is out of this world!!!!!!
