It would be a tie. Inuyasha would get sasuke with his claws of blood and the sasuke would get inuyasha with a couple of Jutsu and the would knock each other out.

Inuyasha would have little to no chance since all he does is rush in and swing his sword wildly and will miss Sasuke all the time, since Ninja have speed and are good at dodging. All of Inuyasha's attacks go in a straight pattern, so if you watch him you can tell when to dodge, and hes slow with teh tetsaiga, it will kill Sasuke in one hit, IF it hits, which most likly wont hit.
Inuyasha will win if he turns full demon though.

Inuyasha.... if Sasuke tried to use a jutsu Inuyasha would use the bakryuha (backlash wave) and send Sasuke's jutsu flying back at him. Then Sasuke would quit being a cocky little dick.

Inuyasha is strong but if Sasuke was to use a powerful genjutsu on him, Inuyasha won't be able to win since he probably won't be able to break out of a genjutsu.

no matter if it is on a new moon, inyuasha will still win the fight because he got tasaga. and sasuka maybe fast but only have daggers and stuff like that no power in them.
