spelling helps-lol but having thickskin is important (you must endure a 60% or higher FAILURE RATE) believe in your self and your product,know more than your customer but dont brag about knowing ,be empathetic not sympathetic,never prejudge your customer he could have the winning lotto ticket in those dirty pants.be a closer and know when the sale is made and SHUT UP!
