i'm not a Ford Tech yet i'm a FSR for Strykers, truly i'm a specialist mechanic. I also own a three.7l F150 2wd mine is prolonged cab not 4 door. I stay in El Paso that's 4000 ft up and this concerns. i'm not particular of your elevation yet my Jetta TDI lost 5 mpg from seattle to the following and my crown Vic did besides. My F150 has averaged 16mpg on the city for most of the time I genuinely have owned it. I genuinely have owned it in common words in El Paso so I anticipate it ought to get extra at decrease elevation. I took it on a six hundred mile holiday and that i have been given 22 mpg with it finished of people and camping out equipment. i replaced into inspired because at decrease elevation this can develop. I had a mattress disguise on the holiday too. I put in a ok&N air filter out purely 3 days in the past and characteristic monitored my MPG and that i'm now averaging 18.5 on the city. 2.5 extra valuable than i replaced into getting. i'm pondering reducing the truck some inches to help with gasoline mileage yet I genuinely have not yet. I do have FX wheels and tires on mine rather of the inventory tires. those are wider than my inventory ones were.

"Under the truck in the fuel line. Trace the fuel line from the tank to the engine and about 1/2 way in the frame rail you will find it. It takes special tools to remove it but they are cheap at the parts store. They should show you how to use them."
