Years ago Superman gave Bat Man a bit of kryptonite to hold just in case Superman ever want crazy and started destroying the Earth. So in theory Bat Man could kill Superman anytime he wanted. He just doesn't want to...Yet!

Batman and Superman are part of the Justice League... they are united along with other superheroes against the forces of evil that pose threat to world peace.
And Superman is not GAY.
It's Batman and Robin that are a couple of freakin perverted homsexuals!

In JSA the liberty files. It's an Elseworlds story. He teams up with a bunch of other heroes but he kills him. In this story it's not Kal-el though it's Zod.

not that i've read, but if you check out the dark knight returns he could have. he didnt, but he coulf have. youll have to read it to understand. and i think there is another where batman has the upperhand but refuses to kill superman
