yup! doodling is a huge habit of mine i'm always drawing stars for some reason! from what i've heard it does have to do something with your personality. here's what i know:

if you costantly doodle squiggles: it means you are trying your best to sort out your troubles.

flowers: mean you have a strong desire to be successful in life.

hearts: you can't stop thinking about love

portraits(pictures of people): it means that this is how you wish you looked like deep down.

stars: you area hopeful and positive person. your goal is to make all your dreams come true.

squares: you're most at ease when surrounded by those you trust. you are organized and reliable.

triangles:you are smart and determined. you are atrue leader.

I'm not sure what it means but I sometimes do it as well. I find that sometimes it is when I'm tired, frustrated of being there and having to listen but as to not be rude and leave right then I wait it out and doodle. Sometimes on the phone I doodle as well.

I used to. Then I started having a sketchbook and it kinda ceased being doodling. Now I have a quota of sketches I have to do each week to keep my hand warm.
Though lately I havent been in the best mood so the drawing has suffered.

I doodle. I draw faces in the notebook holes. Also I draw patterns. I think it means that we are creative and have a certain look on things.

I doodled more that I took notes when I was in school. If I don't have something to doodle with, then i play games with my hands. I think we must have "busy hands". We need to keep our hands doing something in order to concentrate.

I drew mountain ranges with a ridiculous number of peaks.

In college, the margins of all my notebooks were filled with doodles! I think it's a creative way to spend free time (or time you WISH was free time)
