I like the ones I didn't expect to be funny...Justin Timberlake was way better than I thought he would be, Joshua Jackson (several funny skits), Christopher Walken of course, Jennifer Aniston was good. Kevin Spacey was good (the Star Wars audition...Walter Mathau as Obi Wan..hysterical).

Definitely Steve Martin. In fact, I think he has hosted the most times (or else he is tied).
Also, it's fun when the oldies come back such as Bill Murray and Dan Ackroyd.
