actualy understand Stewie (besides Brian, the dog)? Or does he just talk? Answer this please I just want to know so that it stops bothering me.

that dude i just know is totally right there is an episode where louis states that all that time of listening to stewie talking about plotting world domination he is finally going for it.

Brian understands him as well as other children and Stewie's future self "Stew". Rent The Family Guy Movie the Stewie Griffin Story, that shows all 3 talking to him.

It is a little questionable in the first season, but by season two it is apparent that only Brian can understand Stewie.

everyone is so dumb! everyone can understand steie but brian is the only one who takes him seriously becuz everyone else thinks its just baby talk, thats why they dont care!

I think they hear him but choose to pretend like he makes no sense because he is a baby. It's like they just brush off anything he says.
