i have almost the exact symptoms as you do. my period is usually almost on time but in the past couple years it's been always a week late or even more. this month i am almost 2 weeks late and i had 2 negative pg tests. like the others have said, it might be stress but my dr said that sometimes the pregnancy hormone doesn't show up on the tests that early. it depends. hopefully everything works out. if you don't have any others symptoms everything should be fine. talk to you dr if you have any further concerns. i hope that i am pregnant but trying not to be too hopeful.

Periods can be late for many different reasons the number one reason is stress to much stress can cause your body to react in many different ways. another could be diet, if you have changed the way you have been eating lately. If you think that you may be pregnant then the best advice that I have for you would be to make an appointment with the OBGYN and have a test done that will confirm if you are or not.

Are you on any new drugs? Everytime I was late besides the last time (I'm pregnant now) prescribed drugs were the reason. Otherwise it could be stress...Pregnancy tests can be wrong if there isn't a high enough level of the pregnancy hormone.

Many things can affect your period, such as stress. Read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Tony Weschler. It is a great book to have, whether or not you are TTC. If you have been charting, you would know when/if you ovulated, if you ovulated late, etc. I just had the same as experience as you, but knowing that I had ovulated late, I wasn't surprised when my period was also late! Charting really helps take the "guessing" out of the game! Good Luck!

my friend was 3 weeks late and she took the pregnancy test which was negative. the nurse asked her if she was stressing and she said no. the nurse said if her period don't come on by the end of the month, she needs to see a gynecologist. within the following week, her period came on and she was not pregnant. don't forget, it is also possible to be pregnant while on your period.

Could be pregnant. Could be stress. Could be an infection. Could be your BC, if you use it. Take a test, if you think you could be pregnant. Go to your gyno....
