Kevin Smith is a pretty smart guy. He ranks with me as really good at his talent. He has a certain quality to his movies that are not just run of the mill, but also not exactly Ron Howard or Steven Spielburg you know? I guess he is more of a Quentin Tarantino type. Good at one "type" of film, but probably couldn't do an epic film or something like Braveheart. Kevin Smith is witty, smart and funny in an adult way. Most people have to watch his movies more than once to catch certain really witty moments and he does have some Fantastic actors loyal to him like Jason Leigh, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Chris Rock, and he himself is a pretty funny guy as Silent Bob. What can i do?? I think he is decent, not Perfect, but pretty darn good in my book.

Whoever doesn't love Jay and Silent Bob, doesn't count as a person. I love the lovable character Silent Bob, and his minimal comments.

I do! First time I watched it I was like 12 and I laughed my *** off so hard by how many times Jay says F*** (BTW I only saw one of their movies) and Silent Bob's hand signals lmao I haven't seen it since soo long I wanna watch it again... alright I'm done.

I went and bought everyone of Kevin Smith's movies, then I got a DVD player and to re-buy them all. People thought I was crazy, but that's just how much I love his movies.
If you haven't seen "An evening with Kevin Smith" You must see it, just to hear the story about the documentary he did with Prince, and the about his "first time" with his wife. Hilarious.
Don't ever try the drinking games with his movies, unless you plan to be hungover for the next few days. Hee hee. I have to go watch Dogma now, you got me in the mood for a movie marathon.

okay i love them. I have seen all but Malrats, and im still trying to get that one. All of them i laugh at, they are just hilarious. Snootchy Bootchies man!!!(and yes that isnt how its spelled)!!!!
