Because some people think they can sit down, have a cup of tea and solve every problem in the world. They simply ignore the fact that the hatred has been drilled into those people since they day they took their first step. They cannot and never will be able to rationalize and accept anyone else who doesn't believe what they do.
It's just mind boggling to listen to the pacifists and their ideals. I wish I could rip the rose-colored glasses off of all of them and crush them with a heavy boot.

You don't seem to be well informed about who is in Guantanamo. A bunch were held for years and then released because . . . they hadn't done anything wrong. A few were British citizens; they went back to England and are free there, giving some interviews. So your statement about "the prisoners in Guantamino" cutting off heads has been proven wrong, or at least extremely unlikely to be right.
Anyway, charging and convicting them will not give anybody any opportunity to cut off any heads, right? So let's get on with it. This is common sense.

Why does it seem like the "Christians," I don't know if you are one or not, but in many cases, it seems like they always want to kill people in the most horrific ways and torture them?
Am I missing a book in my Bible or something?
Many people would say that you are taking the "high road" if you treat them better than you treat them... and you are turning into them if you treat them the same as they treat you...
if we turn into them, then they have won...

by breaking our own laws we are just as bad as the terrorists. this country has laws for a reason and we can't just throw them out whenever we feel like it.

That's exactly why Gitmo should stay, and those inside should stay until they rot.
