There was this movie whose title was never displayed but it was an asian movie. In the movie, there was this guy who was a dragon named Master Hoku and a little girl whose name was Sen. Her and her parents stumbled into a spirit world and her parents turned into pigs because they ate the food of the spirits and the little girl was forced to find work in the spirit world because it was the only way she could remain in the spirit world. With the help of Master Hoku, she got a Job at a bathhouse, that's all I can remember. Any of this sound familiar to anybody? I want to know what movie that was?

That would be Spirited Away. It's directed by Miyazaki. If you like it, you should watched the other movies directed by him like Kiki the Delivery Service, or Castle in the Sky (there all really good) ^^
