You don't need a muscle therapist, you need a chiropractor. Preferably a Palmer graduate or equivalent.

Ok, my 38 year old brother had pain the same place as you; he smoked and was a "tree climber" for a landscaping company, so the doctors thought it was a pulled muscle and told him to stop smoking; he did; had it on/off for a couple of years; He died suddenly in Feb.'96 of hardening of the arteries which no doctor thought of because of his age/job; get it checked out man...
He'd still be alive if he'd been given proper medication!

i have that..its my right shoulder but up near my neck...It feels like some one stabbed me and left the knife in (yuck) It kinda feels better if i look down and stretch my neck ..but not really...Went to a chiropractor...it didnt help.. Its more muscle then anything
