Kia's are NOT dependable cars, it's hard to find people to work on them if something goes wrong, because of the parts. Honda's are excellent cars but most people drive used ones to the ground. I have Ford Focus -- Used... and I haven't had any problems out of it, had it checked out by someone, and everything is A-ok... Toyota's are also good cars as well as Nissan's.

Try a Pontiac Grand Prix or Grand Am... the older ones go for cheap, and they are generally pretty good cars. I wouldn't go with a Chevy Cavalier... they seem to break down a lot, and Ford Focus is not a great car either.
