strange question...?

hello everyone. Last night when I got my monthly massage from a licensed therapist I got an erection; which was very noticeable. The therapist didnt say anything of course, and either did I. Should I have apologized to her? I dont want her to think I am a freak. But maybe leaving it alone is better. Any female therapist have ideas?
