I would have to choose Stewie since he is extremely inteligent and can create weapons of mass destrustion or just a small little gun to shoot bart in teh head, although bart might dodge it with his stupidity and luck, or be like homer and still move after being dead, since they have no brain the body wont even notice, so it will be hard to kill him.
