Actually, the mindless aspect is not in the neglect of funds, but the impression that is given to us the people that education is in need of funds. Funds have nothing to do with the gov't wanting us mindless, they already have control of that by the mere fact that we have surrendered our rights to control our children's education by accepting and expecting public education, i.e. education from the government. What free peoples allow the gov't to be the ones to educate their children? The same gov't that is inefficient and wasteful? Hmmm.

Feeding an ineffective and inefficient system more and more cash everytime they say they need more is nothing more than an indication that we have been duped by the gov't into giving them more money instead of having them actually fix a problem.
