u have to wait 3 days after every time u have sex,in this case ur body will build up more sperm and u will enjoye it better than having it every day. good luck

As long as you are doing safe sex. Sex is exercise which is good for the body, so long as you aren't getting diseases. You feel happy when you have lots of sex so it's good for the mind, unless you get AIDS or some other STI which can leave you depressed. Also syphilis causes mental disorders. the moral of the story: yes, but be safe.

Damn right it is! Sex makes you feel confident and carefree. It's also a great way to exercise and burn calories. Oh yeah and it feels really good!!
