NOWHERE. There is no reliable scale that will measure that for you. They are all scams. Go to a doctor or an exercise physiologist and get a skinfold test done. The most accurate way to measure body-fat percentage is underwater weighing.

that is definitely worth it. There are distinct kinds with a various value yet i imagine the lifelike priced scales are well worth it. that's not the most precise thanks to get authentic bodyfat % yet in case you employ the same scale each and each and every of the time you'll a minimum of be able to be sure stream and progression once you're searching to chop back body fat. I had my BF % examined at a gymnasium and then used my scale and the % became very close. strong question! Keith FreeFitCoach dot com

scales can't measure fat accuratly. You're better off finding a site about caliper testing and doing that
a scale can't tell between the most buff bodybuilder and a big tun of lard, so don't trust it for anything beyond weight

Some sports/ fitness stores sell those pincers where you take several measurements from your body.

Don't waste your money. Go to the local YMCA/YWCA and ask them to measure your fat using the calipers. It's more accurate.
