The chair well looks like one of those black plastic folding chair's with a white cushion that goes (Pfffffffffff) when you sit on it.

Is this a riddle?
Hmmm...well, I would advise against going to anymore company BBQ's now that a chair has been stolen!

Do you mean to tell me that the person who stole the chair was ripped? Well! Aren't you in luck? I just saw a ripped guy walking along Crescent Beach just the other day. When did you say this atrocity occured? The guy was carrying a chair EXACTLY like the one you described!

However, he could have just been a random guy carrying a mass-produced chair which you have no chance to single out...

Buy your buddy a new chair--be a pal!

The only advice I can think of for helping your Steve is to go around and ask everybody who was at the company BBQ. Come to think of it just what kind of a company that allows criminals to work for them anyway?
If this is a hoax then I still think the company needs to find a better source of employees.
If this isn't a hoax then you all need to find a company who doesn't hire anyone just off the street to work for them.
My advice to Steve is when you do find your missing chair and find out who stole it from you at the company BBQ then take that person aside and kick his/her a*s so hard that it takes another week just to find it and another month before it can be used for anything at all.
This is not funny to have something stolen while at a company get together or for any reason at all.
Someone has to find a job where on one cares about a felon working for the company and the company needs to check out all employees for any felony records.
Good luck Steve!

steve, you need help. There are other chairs out there. Yes you and the white chair had some good times together, but maybe it was time to let go. Maybe someone needed the chair way more than you. save up your dollars and get a better one. It'll take time but I think you can forget the past.

good luck

Can't Steve stand up for himself!? And get his own chair back?
If not I suggest that he just go buy a new one!

So you're searching through the entire WORLD for this chair? How about a CLUE as to where you were when this atrocity occurred.

He might want to awaken & scent the roses. i'm extremely efficient he will discern it out on his personal regrettably yet do not intervene, he will in ordinary words imagine you're jealous. that's in ordinary words considered one of existence's unsightly training.
