i have it saved on my desktop and its 1200x1600 which is like a full screen..... its way too big to send... plus she has dial up and it took 20 minutes to open it!

A new option will be added to your right click context menu for images, right click on the image and select Resize, you will be able to define standard or custom image size. For best results, I recommend saving the image in questions first as a PNG, resizing the PNG and then saving it as any format you wish. I have noticed when doing this with JPEG images that there are compression artifacts that are not present in PNG images.

The fastest way is to open the picture in microsoft paint then, click "image >> sketch skew" then under the values for horizontal and vertical, enter 50 to make it half size or something like 33 for 1/3 size.
By doing this, you dont have to download anything else liks pisca.

you can also ask your sister to install download manager on her pc. It will save some downloading time for her (up to 75%)....go to download.com and search for download manager, or DAP

go to paint in windows open your pictures select one ...then in paint go to atributes and change to size you want and save as.
