Low-rise are low cut jeans that lay on the hips.

Relaxed fit has a little room for the legs.

Boot-but are straight leg jeans that give extra length for boots.

Baggy is pretty self explanitory. Guys usually wear them-where they have there boxers showing. It seems like there pants are about to fall.

Slim jeans are a tighter fit.

There is also skinny jeans which are really tight-they look like spandex.

Anything with the word low rise means that they sit lower on the waist then usual. Boot cut means opened a little wider at the ankle (as if to fit a boot there.) So low fitting jeans that open a little near the ankle.

Low-rise sit probably at your hips or below.
Relaxed fit isn't tight fitting, just kinda loose.
Boot-cut jeans have sort of a flare at the bottom, but not as big as regular flares or bell-bottoms.
Baggy is just that..Baggy.
Slim I'm not sure..Maybe those are tight-fitting jeans? Or straight-legged? Straight-legged jeans are really coming back into style now.

Oh and there's tapered jeans too. I can't think of any other types.

low-rise: the waistband is on the hips.

relaxed fit: aka "mommy fit": looser through the hip and seat.

boot-cut: the calf and ankle are wider, to accommodate boots.

baggy: except for the waist, loose all over.

slim: close-fitting throughout the garment.
