How can you load your own songs on to myspace profile?

Someone please answer ASAP! I need to load this song ASAP (it is for a contest) from my computer and I can put it into mp3 or wav format.

First you have to upload your music to a free webhosting site. Google it theres thousands.. Then you need to link to your music on your myspace.
