You should take a human developmental biology course. Mostly all of human organs are symmetrically paired as they were developed by similar processes from the basic "neural tube." There are a few exceptions, but I can't think of them now. Even those organs that seem to be one, they do have symmetries. Though the lungs seem to come in pairs, they are not identical on the left and right. The same for the heart. Left and right brain functions differently and have different anatomy...

Lungs, legs, arms, testicles, sides of the heart, ventricles, auracles (both parts of the heart... one each side), pulminary blood vessles (artery, vein), ovaries, eustatian tubes, most arteries (femoral, brachial, temporal, etc) come in twos.. one each side...
