sex isn't a drug and unless your an addict you don't withdrawal. If you are an addict get some professional help

Frankly I think that too many pop psychologists and unqualified "health care" workers talk way too much about suffering from a lack of sex.
Of course each person is unique, and our needs change as we grow older. I would say to young people --don't believe all the hype about sex. It is better if you wait patiently for the right person. To older people -- it is natural for sex drives to become calmer as one ages since, obviously, young people normally have babies and someone over 50 is normally a grandparent not a teenager with raging hormones.
Often we see ridiculous images on TV of self-assured people who say that they feel confident because of how much sex they have. As controversial as it may sound: that's baloney!!
