i've been stuck on level 40 of diner dash 2 for weeks any help?

the highest score i've gotten is 11650 out of 12000 i need lots of help

yeah... to get all expert score's and to pass all levels use this trick...
talk at the podium as soon as the shop opens until it closes (don't worry the customers will not go away, infact, it will give them a full heart bar). then after you shop closes, select a few ( 3-4 is best) customers of the same type and seat them. You can also aim for multiple times of colour seating this way, combo's for menu's, etc. Between eating times you should talk at the podium if you can. after you have serve the current batch of customers, talk at the podium first before seating you next batch of people, and repeat the entire process until you have served them all.
