I'd stick to Disney cartoon movies for a kid that young.

No not good for a 4 yr old. He would be interested in some good parts,but the other 50% of the movie is kind of romantic and grown ups talking. The guy who plays superman is hot though. It is a good movie for adults to see at the theater. There are some good special effects.

No, kids that young should be brought to KIDS movies. And they usually are loud and whine. I hate hearing kids crying at movies. I remember some guy brought a two year old into Phonebooth (rated 'R') and it started crying, and then the guy yelled at everyone to "shut the **** up".

There is a couple of pretty intense scenes. I suggesto see the movie first before making a decision

It's quite a long movie. I agree, there's nothing bad in it - like curse words or sex -- and the violence is cartoon/comic book violence.
But a four-year-old probably wouldn't be too engaged with this one.

The kid will be okay watching it...nothing too scary or inappropriate. But he/she won't get it at all; won't have fun, will probably be very bored.

probably not - it has some in appropriate language and content that shouldnt be viewed at that young of age.
