Type in run (Windows XP and less): REGEDIT
Then in EDIT/FIND menu, type the word of the program. At the right side, you may delete the entry.
Though, I gave you this point, you MUST be careful if you didn't do this before. You will make your system crash!
If this TRIAL PROGRAM is VERY important for you, what I can recommend, as consultant, is have a hard disk SOLELY for this purpose! Why? because most sophisticated TRIAL software, even you delete entry in registry, it will still expire.

start menu, run regedit, ok, go to the H key Local user Then open Up Software Click On The Folder of The program FroM Software & Delete It
Do it In Heky Local machine
