Because they are paid actors.
If they were actually fighting then obviously the more experienced would win but in fact they are planned fights.

We all know WWE is fake so the boss of the wrestlers tell tells the wrestlers to rough up the rookie then take a fall to give the rookie his 15 minutes of fame and it continues with all the rookies and champs

Well, I am sure you know wrestling is fake what they are probably doing is making a new guy or tag team, go on a winning streak then have a huge challenge and fail then the same people will probably hae a conflict, or a rivalry with someone. Typical, but I still love wrestling =P

Likely because all wrestling is technically scripted. Do people get carried away and in doing so get hurt in the process... yes. The key to the WWE is Entertainment and I suppose it is perceived as fun for those who watch upstarts come in and kick around those that have been there awhile.
