Yes! I have kept the same secret now for 12 years, and still counting.
I was told in confidence and what is said between friends is to stay between friends, or - Spouse, Lover, Parent/child.
And you, Can 'you' really keep a secret?

Absolutely. I have kept a secret since I was a teenager. Wanna hear it? Just joking. But I really have kept a secret for over 20 years.

It depends, if you loop your 'o' without a gap in it when writing, you can and do. If there's a gap in your 'o', it means no, you're a gossip! If you wanna check this, look at some recent handwriting of yours, don't write anything for the purposes of checking this out now, as it won't usually work if you know you're gonna check it!
I can keep big secrets, the little ones, hmm, depends!

No, not really. I usually tell it to someone if it's not a huge secret, but if it is then I will tell it to my journal.
