On our wedding night my husband threw me his pants and said "here try these on."
"I can't wear these I said, they're way too big."
"My husband said, "That's right and don't forget I'm the one who wears the pants in this family!"
So I threw him my panties and said, "here, try these on."
He said, "I can't fit into those."
I replied, "That's right, and you ain't going to until you change that attitude."

Now after 20 years we've learned to compromise.

My wife and I have learned to compromise. As a christian couple we have realized the importance of dedicating our lives to the the Lord. We put Him at the head of our household as well as our relationship. Often times an individuals struggle for dominance is the reason many relationships fail. Especially in relationships where both parties have strong wills. So to answer your question, God wears the pants and the shoes in my relationship. My wife and I just follow in His footsteps.

I wear the pants in the form of a suit to work and the shorts to play.
As a single Mom I Rule!
They are (3 boys) teenagers now but they do know who the Boss is!
They respect me and my suit and shorts!

We're equal, it's a very important factor in a relationship to be able to say not one persons word is stronger than the other.

after being married for 15 years I do, my husband likes the fact that our home runs on a schedule especially since we have six children.
he does not complain about much, other than the fact that I will not clean his bathroom, he still leave the seat up and I refuse to clean that lovely yellow spot off the floor.
