This is too easy. Gargle at least once a day with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. Really gets your teeth white, refreshens your mouth and kills bacteria. A simple, inexpensive and effective way to whiten your teeth.

crest white strips classic they are only $20 and doesnt mess up the enamal of your teeth because they use peroxide.

I heard peroxide is great. Brush with it and you will see results.
