Be honest and tell the truth. Do your history on the company and talk about that.

There are no magic words to give them. Just be honest and tell them exactly what it is about that particular company and/or that specific job that appeals to you.
Saying something like "I really like the pay you're offering" isn't what they want to hear! What they want to hear is your thinking.
Why this company appeals to you. Room for growth? Leader in the industry? And what you like about the job itself . Never a dull moment. Pleasant work atmosphere.
The KEY is to give the interviewer a good sense that you really want to work for them and not just anybody. Even if you really do want anyone, the interviewer wants to feel that they are your first or ultimate choice.
But understand that we're not stupid. We can see through a snowjob and tell if an applicant is "BSing us." Just explain in a clear and concise way the reason(s) why that kind of work appeals to you and/or why that company would be a good fit for you.

You need to take something they've told you or something widely known because of your research in the company and give it back to them. Are they "cutting edge" in technology? Do they offer good basic training? Do they promote from within? Do they promote work life balance? Do you like their product? Spit all of those type things back.
For instance, have you ever gone to Disney and seen how everyone's job is to make you happy? Wouldn't that be a great place to work...where you would be judged if you delighted the customer? If I were interviewing with Disney, I'd say that.

This is where research into the company is worth your while. Look at their mission statement and answer from that (paraphrase of course). Say you want the job because your x skills and experience are a match for their company and that you will be a great person for the job and the company because of this match.

First you need to know why you want to work there. Ask yourself these questions before the interview.
What skills will you learn while working there?
What enjoyment or satisfaction will you gain?
What type of interaction with other people will there be, either with the rest of the staff, or customers?
How will you grow by working there?
Just think about the work environment and what you will enjoy?

Make sure you research the company, know what they do and their ranking with the competition. You could say, for example, I want to work for your company because you are the number one transporter in America or you just received the highest award for safety, etc. It makes it look like you seeked them out and not just desperate for a job.

"To make money". I'm not kidding either, many interviewers are tired of the fluff...I had one tell me that when I interviewed after I gave hime the shpeel, my trainer told me.
I wrote a funny story about it.
