You know how some denim looks distressed and has a dirty and brownish look to it? How can I do that at home?

They sell them like that from the store. Another look you can try is to go a number of steps backwards from the jeans and pepper them with a shotgun (make sure it's low enough). Then fray around the holes with a lot bleach, it turned out for some of my friends.

To get the distressed look, wash the jeans with small pebbles and bleach.... just don't do it in your washing machine. The best thing to do is to put it in an old wash tub outside and pound it around with a stick.

These are some places that I've used for the info.

Seen the Levi's commercial where that guy makes another pair of jeans to give to his girlfriend before a road trip? That's basically what you do.

If you decide to try to do it at home..Its not going to look all that great! Believe Me I have tried! The best way to get that look is definatley..just go to a store and buy it that way! Hollister and Aeropostale are good stores!

Well obviously you have to go to the store and buy worn looking jeans. Or you could just walk around in muddy jeans. lol

first spill coffee on it, then leave two weeks in the laundry basket... after that use a brush with bleach liquid and brush where you feel like, then wash in hot water on the low cycle, and tumble dry
