my mom is out tutoring or doing fun stuff so she can't take me places I'm tired of being bored what can I do fun at home?

It depends on your age. I'm assuming you are early teen.
1. Check books out from the library that teach you how to do a hobby or learn a new language.
2. Start a journal or write a story.
3. Think about your goals and write specific details about how you are going to meet your goals.
4. Clean but make it a work-out to dance music.
5. Call someone.
6. Work from your home like caring for children or sell stuff on ebay.
7. Put together puzzles.
8. Cook.
9. Scrapbook.
10. Video games.
When all else fails, ask questions!

What do you like to do? Crafts? Read? Sew? Mow the lawn? Walk a neighbor's dog? Watch a movie? Help your Mom clean? Laundry? Sing? Dance like crazy?
