I hope besides loving our cats - we are also responsible cat lovers, and have them spayed or neutered.
If we truly care about them, then we must be proactive and make sure to spay or neuter BEFORE there is a litter of adorable kittens. This country is overloaded with unwanted cats and cute kittens, and because we are irresponsible, hundreds of thousands of these adorable animals die of starvation, suffer unending pain from untreated wounds inflicted by other animals and motor vehicles, and research labs and inhumane people who take pleasure in the suffering of innocents. That doesn't even include those poor babies who are "euthanized" (murdered) every year.
I love cats - I shed tears when I see one dead by the roadside and my heart breaks as those statistics of euthanized animals keeps rising.
So, PLEASE, if you DO love cats - be responsible. Do the right thing. Don't let a cat suffer because of you negligence.

I do. My husband picks on me that if I could, I would take in all the strays I could find. Which is probably true to an extent. Actually I have 2 kitties right now. Both are girls. One is Midnight who is all black and a little over 2 years old and the other is Shadow. She is all gray and is about 6 weeks old.

i love cats i have a black one that was only about 1 foot long that me and my mom found when i was in kindergarten and now i am in the 6th grade i also have 2 other cats that live outside we got them from my aunt way before i was born really only 1 or 2 years before i was born one is about 12 years old and it may die pretty soon and i have another cat that is about my age who could also die pretty soon i know this is pretty sad 4 u cat lovers sorry!

i do! i always end up feeding the strays outside and, of course, they stay. it pisses my boyfriend off, but at least i don't let them inside with my two cats.
