If you were a good prop trader, the answer should be "retirement." ha, ha, ha... OK, seriously - take your experience to a smaller shop where you can propel yourself to wider spheres. If you stay in money managment, take on some administrative management roles or strategic initiatives so you groom yourself to lead a trading desk or desks. If you want out of that business, you can leverage your skills into most any type of sales job or risk management job. Your best move - go back to school for a higher degree or change track to Law, where investments law is one of the few growing legal fields.
